the harsh shadows around the hat/hands/arms are distracting ... try moving your model away from the background more and diffuse the light some to create a softer shadow ...
shadow is too harsh, this would be better if your model was away from the backdrop behind her, and if not possible to turn down flash, throw somethign like a tissue over the flash to diffuse it some.
