Cloned out part of two pieces of grass in the foreground
Curves
Resize
Smart Sharpen
Blurred some of the sharpened edges on the Boken with the blur tool
Guassian Blur and Fade for a tiny bit of soft focus
Smart Sharpen again
Save for Web

This is a nice portrait of your dog, albeit a duotone. Why not make it a black & white? It's just as nice that way. Sure, it's a petty point to make, but B&W is the only stipulation this week.

I really like this one and am back to bump it up, very expressive face and lovely tones on his coat. The light area above him almost looks like he has a halo or a glow behind him, either way I find it works well, very serene.

I love this photo. Great shot. I might suggest a little more crop (down just to above his head) as the bright spot behind his head detracts just a little from the subject. 9.
