Hard to describe this photo's appeal but suffice to say this is quite good. I love how the bird illuminates this scene with it's presence. It's as if it's a messenger of hope and good news.
Nick this is great man. although some detail in the face might be nice I don't think it is necessary, I think it actually adds interest to the image to have it dark, with the bright grey wall on the bottom and one shadow to compliment the the dark top except for the white bird and sliver of face and print. Sweet shot.
