I like the model's pose a lot. It doesn't look like he's hanging on to the cat too tightly, though I know cats often have strong opinions on being held at all ;-) The cat's eyes look wonderful with those big catchlights.
The cat and the hands are very well done but perhaps the sweater could have used more highlights to show the texture more. I like the light on the glasses but wish they were excentuated more with highlights and shadows.
