Matt, Nice work. I'm surprised your photo did not finish higher.

What an opportune capture. The composition is bookcover perfect to capture the atmosphere. Congratulations on your top twenty finish.

I really like this. Crowed, yet lonely. B/W was a good selection, it conveys a strong mood.

great shot, the light from the window is a bit distracting

I like this for several reasons....the story it tells, the way the light falls, the softness of the back ground against the figure in the foreground...

dramatic shot in GCS. Too bad there are other people in background.

Great shot of Gr Central in what must be off peak hours! Fantastic capture of the single soul in the center of light! Wonderful!

I think that if you had rotated it CCW just a wee bit, I would have nothing to say that was not really, really good. I like it a lot. It gives a great sense of isolation.

Awesome Grand Central Shot, I love the concept and i think you executed it brilliantly. My only complaint is that the stationary figure is not at the center of the photo, and for some reason this distracts me. Like I want them to be standing 2.5 feet to the viewer's right just so they are alligned w/ the flag and the window light reflection. Nice job anyways, 8.

I like this very much with the single guy and his luggage amidst the whir of people around him. Terrific perspective. The light is wonderful. Great contrast. 8
