What does this have to do with Long Exposure? 1

Great picture. Lovely bokeh. Don't see how long exposure is evident here.

My eye is not sure which tulip to focus on, and there seems to be too much yellow in the leaves and vase. I also think a different color background would help the flowers show up better.

Very pretty composition and the BG is perfect. Doesn't scream long exposure to me but still a very nice pic.

Nice shot but doesn't really convey a longer than usual shutter speed

Let me say that I really like the subject matter and the overall composition. I don't count off for borders and normally this thick white border would not be my favorite, but it works very well here. The one thing though that I really have an issue with is the challenge criteria. I'm don't really feel that a long shutter speed here really performed what I consider a "dramatic effect".

It is such a nice image though and it defintely does not fall into the DNMC bucket. So, I'd give it a 5.

Details: Long exposures can often create very dramatic effects in photography. Use a longer than normal exposure to create the impact of your image.

i dont see how this image is a product of a long shutter speed. maybe it is, but theres nothing other than some EXIF data to show that
