Nicely composed. Framing works even though the container is cropped off at the bottom (at least in my opinion, but others may disagree). Good clarity, lighting and contrast.

Would like to see more of the 'process' of what is going on here more strongly somehow communicated in the picture rather than just the title. Perhaps shallowing the DOF to bring out the main subject better and then some long exposure blurring with it spinning back and forth would have given it more impact.

The busy background take away from the subject. I almost would have liked to seen more motion blur as well.
