 Shot from the same vantage point where I shot "Rush Hour" a couple years ago. Thought I'd give it another try with a new lens to see how it would look.

OK, time to enter a real comment!
I really like the symmetry of the roadway. The Roadway also provides a great leading line to the skyline. My eye naturally follows the skyline from left to right, and returns to lower right via the wall. The asymmetry of the left and right trees help this flow. The placement of the skyline along the upper thirds line is perfect, IMO.
The deep blue sky is stunning, and really makes this, IMO. I also think you got the sharpening perfect. It would have been very easy to oversharpen this.

i always like the long exposure shots of night time roads with city skylines in the background. this one is executed fairly well. 7

Classic long exposure cityscape. Amazing how many people take night shots but fail to include an sense of the passage of time for a challenge like this. The is perfectly executed and technically superior and will finish high in the challenge.
