 The technical name is as follows;
Latin name: Pachypodium lamerei
Common name: Madagaskar Palm
Family: Apocynaceae (p)
Group: Palms
Came from and found in Madagascar, in Africia.

ps; Can anyone else see the camels face in the centre top thorn here..... the shape of it nose and lips/mouth.....

This is another favorite plant, that I have found at my neices home, along with her cactis. Now I have to buy one for myself, as it is definately my style of plant, that I love taking photos off..... I just gotta have one.....so, so, perfect for macros.....

Thank you so much for this comment below, as you are just to kind. Coming from you, it really means such a lot to me, as I have always admired your images so very much.
I also thank so much for adding it as a "favorite" as well, as that is an "extra" bonus, as it means a lot to me.....
