Oh, I like this! Just the edge of a leaf, just a hint of what it is. I think one thing that's hurting a bit here is that the edge wasn't straight, thus not totally parallel to the focus plane - that's how come you got sharp edge at one place, and then the sharpness sort of moves inside a bit, away from the edge.
