 The heart in the center is a reflection of a neon light I have.

Surprisingly was only edited by cropping, contrasting more, and adding a border.

Used setting that has a flash that after delays to take in the other light around (neon heart showed up better).

Cliched, but just the right amount of exposure on the eye and the skin around the eye to reveal just enough detail. 7
