WOW! I was cruising through - surfing DPC and I stumbled on this. This photo is awsome! I love Irish music and this fits well with some of my Irish Rock Mpeg's - Now I can see what I am hearing in dueling fiddles.

I'm diggin' the emotion here and the sort of cool conflict i.e. rockin' hair against the more gentle soft instrument. (Not sure if that makes sense now that I se it in writing).

I'll offer a "you were robbed" on this one - I quite like this. Edit to add that one would expect motion in this - it's part of what makes the picture exciting. You did a great job with the lighting conditions. A very strong image in my opinion.

Nice capture of the action, with the hair flowing. But it looks like the lighting might have been difficult to work with.
