I didn't vote in this one, because I don't do portraits, and don't feel qualified to judge them. However, I agree that this was under-rated. I love the colors and am surprised that the busy background doesn't distract from the primary subject. Good shot. Truly captured the feeling of fun and a good time.

Oh yeah, give it a couple more years...I should know. Just stay off the spinning rides! Nice lighting and capture. Hey, is the carnival still in town? You can get your 'Neon' photo there.

somehow so ordinary and nothing "special" about this portrait, but it works: I love the "candy" colours and the fun of it.
