| I didn't vote in this one, because I don't do portraits, and don't feel qualified to judge them. However, I agree that this was under-rated. I love the colors and am surprised that the busy background doesn't distract from the primary subject. Good shot. Truly captured the feeling of fun and a good time. |

| Oh yeah, give it a couple more years...I should know. Just stay off the spinning rides! Nice lighting and capture. Hey, is the carnival still in town? You can get your 'Neon' photo there. |
