I think this shot could be improved if the sky and horizon weren't blown out. A graduated neutral density filter would be one way to accomplish this.

Nice try to keep that bland white sky out of the image. The light just isn't working for you though. This is the sort of image I would take as a riminder to go back and shoot when conditions are good. There is potential here, but on another day.
