Lane Ave Bridge on The Ohio State University Campus. They re-named the street Champions Ave.
Adjusted curves, Slight Saturation Bump, Sharpened then selected spotlights and sharpened again.
Things I did wrong:
Did not use a lens hood, hence the lens flare spots. Stupid mistake, I need to buy one for this lens. My goal is to never have a DQ so I left them in.
Did not level the shot. I tried but any adjustment just looked un-natural. Bring on the un-level comments.
Too much negative space? Well this I struggle with, how to get a dramatic effect without having too much negative space. I calibrated my monitor and depending on the monitor and lighting I get different results. I need to work on this one.
The two major blown out highlights that no burning will fix. Well all I can say is I will be back out there re-shooting to get this one to perfection. Re-shoot Re-shoot Re-shoot. I know I can fix in Photoshop but that not legal here and I want to figure out how to get it right.
Things I did right:
Increase ISO to 400. I traded exposure noise (length of exposure) for ISO noise and it worked out very well.
Kept the original shot without too much post processing. I colorized this and got great results but ultimately decided the original was much nicer.
Shot at Midnight when there was no traffic and the streaking headlights.
Score I expect: Who knows thats the fun.
Score I believe it deserves: 7.1
This is one of my favorites.

Good composition, I like the lines. I think you could improve this shot by making the sky color more of a true black as opposed to a brown. This would accent the lighting a bit more.
