Sorry. Not a landscape.

DNMC. Not a landscape.

This does not meet the challenge description, as it is not a landscape. As for the image itself, you may want to sharpen the image a bit more after down sizing for the challenge. . Most people use Unsharp Mask to bring back the sharpness lost because of down sizing.

Wrong challenge???

not sure the gentleman qualifies as a landscape. :-)

This picture does not fit the challenge's theme.. It is supposed to be a landscape picture (taken or cropped in portriat orientation).. Nice picture though!

Well that's different spelling for 'different'. Cute model wish the landscape was a bit more compelling

sorry, bum eyes don't make it...

sorry, but wrong challenge

Vertiginous. The odd angle makes this difficult to look at, but also strangely appealling. I think it helps separate the subject from the background landscape, which, by the way, is not the subject of the composition, so I'm struggling to see how this fits the challenge. Perhaps you should have taken a horizontal crop and entered it in the other challenge.

now I'm curious about the story of this guy.

I don't think this follows the challenge, it seems like more of a portrait than a landscape shot to me.

Wonderfully done portrait, but a poor choice for the challenge IMHO.

Does not meet either challenge. This is a portrait in portrait orientation. Its not a bad photo though. This man looks interesting.... someone I might want to listen to. I'm sure he has some very interesting stories.

Landscape in Portrait Orientation ?

Doesn't look like a landscape to me. I'm not voting on this one.

It is a portrait - not a landscape - DNMC
11/01/2006 05:37:38 AM
I'm guessing the wrong challenge

Wrong challenge unfortunately
