 Key Lime Spritz Cookies

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 egg yolks
zest and juice of 1 lime (key lime if you can find it)

Combine butter and sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of flour then encorporate the egg yolks. Add more flour, then the lime. Using a cookie press (or handroll into flattened balls), place on ungreased cookie sheet 1.5 inches apart. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 6-10 minutes. Once cooled, dust with more powdered sugar.

I love this one! The bokeh is absolutely beautiful, and the cookies look so tasty that I'm going to stop voting right now and get something to eat. See what you did to me? If I get fat, it's your fault. :) This is one of my favourites, it's good to look at, and has a good feel. ~10

Nice. Nice colors and shapes. A clean pleasant feel and the background is an excellent compliment to the cookies up front. Maybe not bokeh in the doughnut sense but I think it works well.
