 The red color is directly out of the camera. It was, of course, slightly brighter in person, but that is to be expected. The yellow "glow" around the edges was naturally there too, but I had to enhance that a little bit post camera.

Now here's something interesting. What are the chances of you and fas-ligand finding the exact same leaf with pretty much an exact same idea but with different colors? The leaf even has the same blemist at exact same location! Amazing!

This is interesting. It's like looking into one of those 3-D graphics where you cross your eyes (or maybe you uncross them?) and a shape comes up out of the background. It's not well defined at first but then it just pops into something recognizable. It's good, I like it.

This is like one of those photos where you see two pictures. My eyes keep trying to focus on one and then I see the other. It's interesting. Great colors.

Wow. This one is cropped perfectly for an optical illusion. Took me a ocuple of seconds to separate the leaf from the background. Interesting. Atisticaly this doesn't hold my attention - there is no emotional impact for me beyond the first couple seconds. But, conceptually this image really works; I'll concider it an abstract. 7 - good luck in the challenge!

My first thought when I opened this was "Cool!". Great colors and detai on the front leaf and the backgournd compliments the front well wihtout being overbearing. This just has a pleasant look and feel to it and the colors are a nice variation from som eof the other entries. And I can even see some circles inthe background (though I am not a stickler fo rthat). Nice capture.
