Removing halo effect helps...I'd still burn the heck out of those columns in the background and the square white card on the bike...but that's just me. |

*Embarassed* I added the dodge halo as an experiment, it's been removed, agree with you on that one :) Thanks for your comments.

I generally do not enjoy motion blur of this type...it just makes me dizzy to look at an image like this. However, I think it adds a lot to the mood of the subject and rescues what is otherwise a distracting background from interfering. It seems that the effect has created a halo around your lady's head that isn't in the orignal (thanks for including that for comparison, btw)...is there some way of avoiding it? Perhaps you could burn the highlights out of the halo and some of the background elements? |
