 I just love shades of purples & the greens in this macro.
This is a bud of the plant called "Agapanthus", often known as the "Lily of the Nile".
I called it "Breakout", as the tiny flower buds are trying to escape out of their bulb basket.

Very nice macro. I love the simplicity and of course the purple. Some day I will have to get in one of these side challenges. They look like a lot of fun. I enjoy looking at everyones photos.

Lovely image. The colours of the inverted version are beautiful too, but overall I definitely think this one works better.
