What a neat photo - I love the space!

interesting angle! well done!
10/30/2006 08:23:26 AM
very interesting shot but what is out of focus or forground differing from background to get the bokeh?
10/29/2006 07:51:30 PM
great shot... but I don't really see the bokeh on this picture.

I lik the rhythm and the high key sense of this shot - how the lines all point at the model's face. But I really wish the model's face were much clearer. And try as I might to see some I find no bokeh.

This is a beautiful image - but I cannot really see any bokeh.
10/28/2006 06:15:47 AM
nice photo but I cannot see the bokeh
10/27/2006 11:25:34 PM
Excellent angle and perspective. For me, it does not fit the theme.

The shapes have a great rhythm and make a nice composition. As far as meeting the challenge goes, I'm completely missing any bokeh at all. Everything is sharp and in focus. Also, I think it would help the pic to have the woman's upper body and face be in the light, so that the contrast between the background is higher.

I guess I am just not catching the bokeh on this one. Everything seems to be in focus pretty well throughout. It is a nice picture. Great lines and the funky tilt works well. I could see this doing gangbusters in another challenge.

Great photo. I just don't see the bokeh.
10/26/2006 09:50:30 PM
I absolutely love the composition, but chosen depth of field leaves no room for bokeh.
10/26/2006 06:20:54 PM
Great image here! I'm voting 5 however as I just don't see any real BOKEH going on.
10/26/2006 11:26:16 AM
Really nice capture, but DNMC.

Wonderful image but I don't see a lot of bokeh ...
10/25/2006 09:30:54 PM
That is a great visual effect

I think this image would really have benefited from a stronger use of the rule of thirds. Placing the focal point smack in the center like that is practically never a good idea. Other than that, I think that this image is very very cool. Nice use of contrast and pattern to creat a dynamic shot.
10/25/2006 06:51:22 PM
Great picture but I think it is all nicely focused and it lacks Boken.
10/25/2006 03:15:08 PM
Terrific shot! Where's the bokeh?
10/25/2006 01:55:31 PM
It's a good picture - but it's sharp from foreground to background and theres no bokeh as far as I can see...
10/25/2006 01:36:00 PM
the dof is way too much for bokeh but this is a very nice photo
10/25/2006 01:35:13 PM
Neat photo but I don’t see how bokeh is being used in it.
10/25/2006 01:22:28 PM
This would be a nice image if the woman were in focus and had good light on her...and maybe, for this challenge, some bokeh thrown in for good measure.
10/25/2006 12:36:20 PM
Like the composition but not sure if it meets the challenge
10/25/2006 11:26:58 AM
//www.kenrockwell.com/tech/bokeh.htm DNMC, boken is not dof to me.
10/25/2006 10:25:28 AM
A very unique and interesting shot, no question! I'm afraid it's not a good representation of the challenge, though... there's no bokeh to speak of.
10/25/2006 04:40:25 AM
interesting subject and composition, but no bokeh to see here
10/25/2006 02:38:42 AM
I can't find the focal point and there is very little that has beenmade completely out of focus
10/25/2006 01:47:16 AM
Interesting shot, but everything seems to be in focus. I can't see any bokeh here.
