 Rotated 6 degrees to make it level! ISO should have been 100. Adjusted brightness and contrast. Then sharpness, color saturation and balance. Then size and crop. I resized after sharpening the photo which kept the shot from becoming too grainy/pixelated.

LOL great idea but I don't really see any bokeh, it's too much in focus.

Not getting the feel of this pic. The subject really takes from the boken.

I think you could have cropped down from the top and in from the right to rid this image of the unintersting sky and unsightly neck fold.
