I couldn't (no really, I couldn't) have put it more succinctly myself. There is something here that no other art-form (or, if that's too loaded a phrase, then 'medium', 'means of communication' will serve) can do; that is 'composition', and an only be at its highest in a photograph.

Not bad. The details in the bottom half are unintelligible - I am guessing that there are railway tracks there, but I can't see them. Also, the horizontal division of the frame into two halves is a bit boring.

Great juxtaposition of the ad with the person. I really like the choice of your composition on this photo.

The athletic young woman in the (tampon?) ad wonderfully contrasts with the napping subject. The train setting becomes secondary and supports the main theme. Excellent job of weaving a meaningful story into this challenge.
