Over all I like the shot.
Your tones aren't bad and the light is pretty good.
I would like to see a different pose. I feel as if she's leaning back a bit, or your shooting from 3 feet below her nose level. I don't think that's bad, just my observation. Maybe more of head shot and less of a torso-head shot.
