Maybe used a faster shutter speed, the blur on the snowflakes is good, but the blades and even shaft of the structure seem a little blurred (shutter speed probably could've helped with the brightness too.

Thanks for the comments. Let me take a moment to explain a few things.

The Oxymoron: For anyone that's ever had to pay an Electric Bill, I think it's pretty self explanitory ;) (ie. The wind may blow "Free" but the "Energy" created sure isn't)

The horizon is not slanted, I think the "road" is throwing you off. It's either that, or I'm wrong and every one of those Wind Turbines were erected on a slant ;)

The sun was shining brightly on the Turbines while the snow was falling.

Nice composition, but what are those white spots -- is it snowing? The image seems overexposed, consider rescuing it with levels, and bumping up saturation.

A different take on the oxymoron theme. Good frame.

First thing that catches my attention is the snow flying. Second is the tilted horizon. I really like the vehicles being out there at the time you took this photo as it adds scope/scale to what would otherwise be hard to judge. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
