 old shot new processing

I somehow made it look like it was underwater. the original was sharp. not at all like this but I kinda like it. it's like part of an underwater city. Reminds me of the movie "In Dreams"

It could be my mood today, but this shot just screams solitude and lonely to me. In any case, i really like the lighting, and the shot.
