Nice title...truely reflect the photo.

horizon not level.

It obviously is not under control, but it would have been absolutely striking if the church could have been higlighted by the light shining down.

Quite dramatic and visually strong.

The spot light of heaven reaching out for the sinners.

Too bad the church is not lit up a bit more, but that doesn't take away from the beautiful sunrays.

I would have personally moved so the tree wasn't in the way.

And a slight rotation so you have a straight horizon would have helped your shot out as well. But the lighting is very beautiful. 6.

Could do with straightening of the horizon (and church verticalised) Beautiful light. consider cropping in on church i.e. cut right side of photo away, I find it a bit distracting.

Beautiful sunlight. I think since the contrast of the horizion is so high it becomes really noticable that your horizion isnt straight, try rotating the image next time.

Great rays!

I wish the horizon had been straight...

WOW - almost like there is writing coming out of the clouds on the left shining toward the steeple. What hurts this image is the tilt. Even if it going down a hill, I'd certainly straighten the horizon, so it's level. Otherwise, the viewer will keep turning myhis head. I'd crop out most of the foreground as well, since the emphasis is on that spectacular sky.

An epiphany no less...well done

I'll bet you had to wait to get those streaks on the church. Good composition!
