I really like the saturation on this. I think the curve of the leaf at lower right works very well.

Love the sharp edge contrasted to the out of focus other part. The choice of orange on red is quite gutsy.

I like your choice of background and the lighting and colours are good. I would like to see a greater DOF as there is not quite enough of the leaf in focus for my tastes :o)
