A woman at a street faire painting one of those paintings where the letters are made out of different shapes, usually animals. I forget what it's called, but it's awesome. I'm usually very shy about taking pictures of random people, but she didn't mind a bit. This is a candid, so I know it's not perfect, but I couldn't resist when I saw her painting with her big floppy hat covering her whole face.
The pink color selection was not done in post-prossesing, it was done all in the camera by choosing the "color select" mode. I'm still playing with my new camera and it's fun. I didn't realize how much pink there was in the shot until I got home. Her shirt, flower, nails, paint, paint brush, and scarf were all pink! I am actually a little bias towards this image in a bad way because I HATE pink...ew, I gag whenever I see it. Still, I liked the rosy color on her, especially in the shots where her lips showed a little bit. But of course, this is a faceless challenge, so I'll make due with what I have w/out getting 20 DNMC's. All I did after that was mess with basic brightness, color, contrast and added my soft-glow filter which darkened the background a bit more and gave a smooth look to it.
