We drove out past some railroad tracks and I've seen lots of similar shots so we knew we were risking the chance of this becoming cliche, but I still like the way it turned out

this is great!! great! whta a wonderful mood, all your portraits have some special mood, they are not just "studio" shots. there is some life, some story behind them. excellent perspective, the tone works very well with the mood, too.

I looked through your portfolio again. We like similiar shots- photos that resonate with emotion (at least that's what I get from them). I starting shooting in the mid-70's. You're way ahead of me. Thanks for your comments.

High praise (I've seen your work) AND from someone who knows their guitars. There are more guitars living in our house than people- and we're not a small family. I really wish I could somehow capture how deep the connection is between player and instrument. We all play but somehow this one, the youngest can 'play' and you can feel it. I'm really going to work on this as a little project, I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have if you ever have time. Guitar and player. Thanks for taking time to comment.
