my favorite shot of the challenge. It captures the spirit of the place, and yet it could be another city altogether, could be anywhere. like poetry.

Good color, I like the reflections, good buildings.

Realy captured the dramatic light!

Great picture. Seems like the picture should have been more aligned--tilted to the right.

The coloring on this shot is a bit dark for me, maybe if the brightness and hues were played with just a touch? I love the sun behind the lamp post, very dramatic, would score much higher if the coloring was more defined.

Wonderful shot, I like the way you got the lamp post centered with the sun, adds interest to the shot, I like it alot!

It is rare to have an important element dead center in a photo, and in this case it doesn't work for me. Not only does it break up the skyline, it obscures both the sunrise and the beautiful reflection in the water. I can understand the impulse, but in this case I think it detracts from a lovely shot.

Nice work using the lamp and the sun together like this.

composition could be a little stronger, but otherwise a very well shot photo.

Great idea to position the light as you have to help your exposure! The horizon is a bit off, but the composition is good. Maybe putting the light further to the edge would be even better?

This is a good image. The way you placed the sun behind the lamp and the glare across the water is what does it for this photo - 9.

I personaly would have liked to have seen the light post more off to the right of the image. But I do like the mood it creates.
