 I won my only blue ribbon with a similar cityscape, but with daylight, in the postcard Challenge; this is the view from home.
This one was taken with the white balance set for tungsten light. Cropped in PS, adjusted levels, bright-contrast, and washed two times with neatimage.

Really like the soft look here, the fog and the way it plays with the light. I could easily see this on a postcard - it's wonderful, and the exposure is great, as is the focus - this is as crisp as it can be, and still look right with the fog.

Wow the fog is great! Still I think the imge is mabey a little bit too dark (mabey my screen) Anyway its a beautiful picture Good job - 9

This is a step above the ordinary night cityscape shot. The fog really adds a lot here, and you did well to see and capture it.

A very surreal feeling to this shot, the soft focus with the fog around the top of the building at first turned me off and I started with a lower score for you. As I come back and look at it more closely I see the back light on the buildings really adds to the shot. The way the top of the tallest building is almost swallowed by the fog is rather interesting and helps draw your attention to that corner of the shot.

The only thing that could have made this score higher for me was a bit more focus on the bottom of the shot, from very sharp on the bottom to very muted at the top. Otherwise an excellent shot overall.
