 The model's name is Norman [Cepaea nemoralis] and he was definitely not still life during his shoot, he's faster than you might think, especially under warm spotlights :o).
Steps:
Crop;
Adjust Gamma;
Curves;
Some cloning to remove dust particles on clock and flash points on clock domes;
Sharpen selectively
Soften white backgrounds of clock numbers;
USM;
Resize for web.
