This was NOT meant to be entered... I was on vacation, was showing my sister how things work on DPC with EVERY intention of replacing it later that night (final night for entries)... but... we went downstairs, started cooking... and drinking... and drinking... and that's all I remember. :( Sorry I made you look-- I had taken much better photos of this cool boat. :)

Revisiting the images I left comments on - sorry to hear you inadvertantly entered this one. I've made the same mistake :)

To me this shot lacks a subject (though I can see the tiny boat in the distance), and while that's not necessarily a bad thing, there's nothing here that holds my interest for very long. The lack of title didn't help you much either here :(

trying to decide what the focal point is. nice focus and detail though. Nice tall ship way way out there.

The best things here are, I think, the rocks, and the tiny little sailing ship on the horizon.

I like the blue colors of the water and sky. Cropping some of the rocks out of the foreground, IMO, would improve this shot.

Not sure what to say here. I think I would like to see a boat closer up, perhaps less sky.

Nice tall ship all the way out there. Nice rocks too. Not very much definition in the water or distant shoreline.
