why isn't this working for me?
I think it is too busy and the second swan looks awkward.
I think it would be classy with just the focused swan and the flowers and the rest all black. just my opinion for what it is worth.

An interesting yet abstract image, I'm not sure of the floating objects exactly, the rest of the image is good, technically difficult I expect.

not bad, not bad at all. I wonder how a deeper DOF would have worked here though. not saying that shallow isn't effective, but perhaps having the entire scene in sharp focus would have been a bit more effective. then again, I do enjoy having the front swan pop out and particularly the beak as such a contrasty focal point.
