 The use of a layer for color adjustment and background color adjustment are the only editing done here. That and the desaturation of the subject.

Can you do selective desat in Basic Editing?

I can't say that I'm fond of the selective desaturation here (or in most photos that use it, for that matter). Turning her skin gray makes her look like a corpse in this case... :/

Unless it's my eyes I don't think the focus is spot on, perhaps that was the intent?
