Beautiful water and scored accordingly ... I am wondering if it's "rain" as I can't see falling drops nor splashes on the ground from their hits

Nice shot - just doesn't quite have the 'ping' that's needed 'round here; a little more colour saturation, and a little cleaner a composition and I think you might have had a hit on your hands. The drain and the swirl of water just don't sit comfortably in frame - it's a bit too close to a simple half-and-half composition, and perhaps a more 'obvious' use of the diagonal line of the frame would have given this more impact. Still, nice work.

Like the motion of the water running into the drain. Nice picture of an early fall rain.

Really good balance and technical. I hope you do well!

Perhaps with a slower shutter speed the water would have blurred more and made this even better IMO, good colours though.

My favorite for this challenge. The red is a nice color pop for what can be a dreary theme (Rain). The storm drain is a convincing touch that you really were out in rainy conditions. Well, I suppose you could fake this shot, but unlikely with that much running water. ;^) The POV you've taken positions the leaf in a prominent location and the lines of the grate work well in the diagonal as you've put them. Nicely done. Good luck in the challenge.

Nice, there's really a lonesome, cold feeling to this.

Yay fall is here! Lovely image of an aspect most will walk right by without appreciating it's beauty. Really like it! 8o)

While the lines in the grate are prominent they dont quite distract from the leaf. A very nice shot but the water going down the drain is alsmot lost without the title drawing attention to it.

This is cool - soft, yet harsh (metal) - very nice!
