Pretty eyes!
Now, it may have lost a bit of sharpness as you reduced the size for web, but if not, you might want to sharpen the eyes just a tiny bit. (I always sharpen after I resize for web because things get a little soft in the process)

i like the eyes
the armbit crease and the armpit int he bottom left are distracting
if ur willing to, id like a PM on how you edited the eyes
