I have at least 10 places with hot pixels in my new EOS 400D, some of them only at longer exposure times, some at all times. This one is MEAN, blown up to 1600% so you can see each pixel as a square. In raw, 13 pixels are affected by just one pixel, in JPG, count if you like how many.
I have the same problem on my S2 IS, and some of them appears over time, like the sky gets more and more stars!
