 Down in South Carolina near Charleston for vacation. This white
egret was fishing in a pond on the golf course. The extended white reflection leading from the heron is actually light shining from behind the egret between 2 trees. It made an interesting leading line composition. There was actually an alligator sleeping along the bank of this pond which I was taking pictures of until he woke up and slithered into the water.
