A late night rushed portrait - love the 50mm, 1.8 - light from just ambient in the room ... overhead and desk lamp...can't wait to get my studio back! oh and alternates today

I really like the close crop, softness and b/w processing. The left eye looks a little weird with just the white still showing, but otherwise a great shot. I love my 50mm 1.8 too :)

Very lovely and moody. I love how the focus drops off from your eye moving downward. Great work.

I don't mind your eye being covered up too much. Adds a sense of sadness or loss to the photo.

your elack of eye woudn't have bothered me until alfresco said something, lol. maybe have atleast a hint of your pupil or completely cover it. I reall like the photo though very intimate.

I find the lack of (my right, your left) eye mildly disturbing. Beyond that this is extra exceptional!
