 I hung a small pencil torch from the ceiling and laid on the floor, directly underneath. Set to full manual- F/16-ISO200-10 sec shutter. Swung the torch and shot the photo. I took around 60 shots and only 4 were any good, well in my opinion anyway, ;-)

Oh Wow!!! This is SO COOL!!!!!! I love the extra glow of light right in the center. I have to try this sometime. It looks awesome!!!!
