I like the other one better. The background is a bit busy in this one and the girl looks photoshopped or something. The advice that I have gotten before is that you want people to remember what the card says, that way if they lose it they have a shot at still being able to contact you. Maybe try for something a bit more simple and elegant (especially for portrait work). Just my two cents though :)
