Hmmm...I'm not sure if nostrils should be a focal point! LOL!
I can't remember. I fiddled with PS Elements. I used a couple of different filters. Charcoal was definitely an effect. That was the main thing.Most likely I adjusted the layers first. I should pay more attention to that stuff, huh? Here is the original.
