 After a couple more months of learning, I now know how to use curves, selections, and noise reduction much better than when I took this series in July.

I still really like the way they came out of the camera, but now I'm better able to add that visual punch in processing.

Stunning composition and that fog is so thick, it looks like the ferry has reached the edge of the world.

Composition of this seemingly simple shot is what caught my eye. I think the shot would have been less effective had the boat been dead center. The boat seems to just be sitting motionless on top of the water. Good use of vignetting. No comments on improving this.

I like this edit especially the color on the boat. I hadn't really noticed this before but the darken edges makes it look like you are looking through this with a scope. Works well with this particular subject. Good job!

Very powerful image. I really like the bulk of the ferry over there at the side. Can a ferry boat be ominous? This one is.

Very, very nice. I'm a HUGE fan of the BC Ferries, not having tried out the Washington Ferries myself...

Definitely a really nice experience regardless of whose waters are being traversed. Personally, I would have cropped a bit more of the water off and let that fog really dominate.

Fog is also one of my favorite things...

The vignetting looks fine.

The increase in contrast is much needed and well executed.

Wow - huge difference from the "out of the camera" shot! I do like the coloring quite a bit, including the bit of red on the ferry. Very nicely done!
