i wish the red billboard were at least in the center, although the contest is about 3rds.

Don't really see this fitting the challenge very well. More of a snapshot of the downtown area.

If it would have been a Thirdte Teer Square I think it would have worked...for right now, I'm not getting it. Sorry...maybe it's just me?
