 Cropped and converted to B&W in Paintshop Pro 8.10 beta. Used NeatImage to take away some of the noise due to the low light (welcome effect of smoothing her face/skin some as well!). 1st submission here......

Good composition, background, and focus. The model's expression is great. The lighting isn't; you probably did the best you could under the conditions, but the bright spots and shadows on her face are really distracting.
