OK I just love cats so this gets a pretty high score LOL, Love the blur on the paw but the fence looks over sharpened to me.

great colors, extremely dynamic composition really makes the action exciting and it's always interesting to see the world behind the camera interacting with the world in the frame. 9

I love everything about this picture...the details are perfect, and the only thing out of focus is the paw swatting at the stick. Not sure why people dislike cat pictures. Of course, we all have our preferences I guess. Whether or not I am drawn to cat pictures, though, I can tell this is super.

Composition: 5 - The rule of thirds is used well to show us what we're meant to be looking at, but over it's a bit busy.
Technical: 4 - The colours and nice and vibrant, but I think a fill flash would have helped to reduce the shadow on the cat, since it's obscured despite being the subject of the photo.
Creativity: 6 - A nice idea, which just isnt taken to its full potential.
Appeal: 3 - Overall the frame is just too busy for me, with a lot of contrasting colours, intersecting lines, and other things which take away from the original idea.

Overall Calculated Average Score: 4

Elements of this shot would have been good if you had dropped the stick or removed it from the photo and the fence tends to draw attention away from the cat.

great colors with the red blue and green.
the cat almost looks human standing at the fence(?)
and the one eye showing is great too.
well done, i'd like to see this do well.

reds seem a bit over saturated. would liked it more if the paw wasn't blurry.

Too saturated in my opinion, but I really like the context which gives it a high rating in my book.
