| Not sure how this is a silhouette. That aside, the subject of the image is unclear -- the focus appears to be on the vertical scaffolding, rather than on the concrete block / shadow? |

Since many peoples are complaining about not knowing why they have a low score I decided to comment on every pictures that I scored below 5.
I gave this picture a 4 mainly because it does not meet the challenge |

Personally I cannot see how this meets the challenge, I'm afraid.
Particularly when you consider that a silhouette is produced by means of back-lighting, with very little to no detail visible in your subject. |

| not seeing the silhouette... aside from that, is a nice composition. I would suggest a levels adjustment to make the sky not as dark and to pop the colors a bit and also tighten the crop on the bottom to remove the sliver of building in the bottom left. |
