 Straight Raw Conversion. Shot with 30D Monochrome setting. I did a slight Neatimage noise/sharpening pass and used the auto adjust feature in Photoshop Elements for Contrast and Levels.

I shot a handful of other empty street scenes and walkway scenes. Out of all of them, this one just had more draw to me. Maybe I'll post those outtakes after the challenge is over.

Great idea for using B/W tone. I think maybe for this shot you should try a different aperture so everything is in focus.

I'd like to help you here...it's really quite blurry...the focus is on one of the pillars near the end...this is really an uninteresting shot..sorry :-(
